The GT 120-80-25 hermetic enclosure is a solid solution for protecting electrical devices in demanding conditions. Made of powder-coated steel, it provides high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. IP66 tightness guarantees protection against dust and water jets, making it ideal for use both indoors and outdoors – although the manufacturer recommends its use in indoor premises.

The enclosure design has been carefully thought out in terms of easy installation and use. The included mounting plate facilitates the installation of components, and the wide door opening angle provides convenient access to the interior. A lock provides additional security and protects against unauthorized access. The enclosure is compatible with the SOLID GSX system, allowing for expansion with additional accessories such as TH35 rails or covers.

Construction features and application

The GT 120-80-25 enclosure is characterized by a solid construction made of steel sheet with thicknesses from 1.2 mm to 2 mm, and the mounting plate is made of galvanized sheet with a thickness of 2 mm. Specially shaped edges of the housing minimize the risk of water ingress, and a cast polyurethane gasket on the door and cable entry further increases the tightness. Grounding terminals M6x12 located in the housing and door provide a safe connection to the grounding system.
