This GT 120-80-40 steel hermetic enclosure is a solid solution for protecting electrical devices in demanding conditions. Made of high-quality steel and coated with powder coating in RAL 7035 color, it provides durable protection against corrosion and mechanical damage. Thanks to the IP66 protection class, it effectively protects against dust and water ingress, making it ideal for applications both indoors and – although not designed for this – in outdoor environments with limited exposure to the weather.

Construction and functionality for professionals and users

The enclosure has been designed with easy installation and convenience in mind. It includes a mounting plate in the set, which simplifies the installation of components. The wide opening angle of the door facilitates access to the interior of the enclosure during servicing or modification of the installation. The door opens within the outline of the enclosure, allowing for serial connection of enclosures or mounting directly in the corners of rooms. The profiled edges of the housing further increase protection against water.

The built-in lock provides security and protects against unauthorized access to the interior of the enclosure. Grounding terminals M6x12 located both in the housing and in the door guarantee proper grounding of the installation. The enclosure meets the requirements of the RoHS standard, which confirms its compliance with the EU directive restricting the use of hazardous materials.
