This GT 80-80-30 steel hermetic enclosure is a solid solution for protecting electrical devices in demanding conditions. Made of high-quality steel sheet and powder-coated, it provides lasting protection against moisture, dust and mechanical damage. It is ideal for both industrial and residential applications.

Design and user features

The enclosure has been designed with easy installation and functionality in mind. Surface mounting is quick and easy, and protection class I guarantees safe use. A mounting plate is included to facilitate component installation. The characteristic grey color (RAL 7035) blends well with most environments. The profiled edges of the housing further increase protection against water, and the poured polyurethane seal on the door provides a high degree of IP66 tightness.

Safety and durability

The GT 80-80-30 enclosure is distinguished by a high degree of mechanical resistance IK10, which means it is resistant to strong impacts. A lock in the door protects against unauthorized access to the inside of the enclosure. In addition, the housing and door have grounding terminals M6x12, which ensures proper connection to the grounding system. The use of powder coating increases resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage.

Application and compatibility

The enclosure is designed for use indoors, but thanks to its high tightness it can also be used in outdoor conditions (however, it is important to remember the operating temperature range from -5°C to 40°C). It is compatible with the SOLID GSX system, which allows for expansion with additional elements such as side brackets, TH35 rails or covers. This allows it to be easily adapted to individual needs and installation requirements. It has one hole under the flanges for additional functionality.
