Universal terminal block for secure wire connection

This two-tier screw terminal block, with a cross-section of 4 mm², is a reliable solution for connecting wires in electrical installations. Design and application

The ESC2-DBC.4 terminal block is designed to work with wires with a cross-section of 0.2 to 6 mm² (solid core) and 0.2 to 4 mm² (stranded core with ferrule). Thanks to its two-tier design, it allows you to connect two wires to one module, which optimizes space utilization in the distribution box. This is an ideal solution when a higher connection density is needed. The ability to connect with other elements of the ETIconnect system provides flexibility and ease of installation expansion.

Safety and operating parameters

The terminal block is characterized by high resistance to mechanical and thermal damage - its housing made of thermoplastic material withstands temperatures from -40°C to +100°C. It meets safety standards, guaranteeing protection against short circuits and overloads (impulse voltage withstand Uimp 8 kV). The maximum rated current for a cross-section of 4 mm² is as high as 32 A at a rated voltage of 630 V. Additionally, the possibility of using bridges allows for easy creation of common potential points. End plates are required for full functionality and safety.
