The INS 30830 support insulator is an element used for the safe and stable mounting of busbars and other components in electrical installations. It provides not only mechanical support but also effective galvanic isolation, minimizing the risk of short circuits and overvoltages. Construction and materials

Made of BMC polyester, this support insulator is characterized by high mechanical strength and resistance to environmental conditions. This material also provides excellent insulating properties, guaranteeing safe use. Flame retardancy class V0 further increases safety, limiting the spread of fire in the event of a fire. Compact dimensions – 30 mm high and 30 mm wide – allow for easy mounting even in tight spaces. An 8 mm diameter hole enables solid attachment to the supporting structure.

Application and technical parameters

The INS 30830 insulator is designed to operate in circuits with a rated voltage of up to 750V DC and AC. Impulse withstand voltage at 30kV provides protection against sudden voltage surges. A wide operating temperature range, from -20°C to +120°C, allows it to be used in various environmental conditions. This makes the insulator suitable for:
