Surface-mounted enclosures – reliable protection for your installation

This polyester surface-mounted enclosure is a solid and functional solution for protecting electrical components inside and outside buildings. Made of high-quality plastic, it provides durable protection against atmospheric factors, mechanical damage, and dust and moisture. Thanks to its IP66 protection rating, it is perfect for demanding industrial conditions, as well as home installations. The set includes a polyester mounting plate, which simplifies and speeds up installation.

Construction and mounting – simplicity and ease of use

The enclosure has been designed for easy mounting. The ability to mount directly on the wall through pre-prepared holes makes installation quick and intuitive. The top cover is secured with four flathead screws, two of which have the option of sealing – which increases security and prevents unauthorized access. The internal polyester mounting plate is firmly attached to the enclosure using pressed-in nuts.

The SB-63G enclosure with dimensions 540 x 270 x 170 mm (height x width x depth) is an ideal solution for protecting:

Made of fiberglass reinforced polyester, the enclosure is characterized by high mechanical strength (IK10) and resistance to chemicals. The material is self-extinguishing (V0 base, V2 cover) and meets the PN-EN 62208:2011 standard. The enclosure color (RAL 7035 – gray) provides an aesthetic appearance and good visibility in various lighting conditions. Protection class II guarantees additional safety. The enclosure is designed to operate in a wide temperature range from -30°C to +60°C and at a rated voltage of up to 1000 V DC and a rated current of up to 1000 A.
