Flush-mounted distribution box – solid protection and aesthetic appearance

This ETI Polam flush-mounted distribution box, model ERP12-6, is an ideal solution for both professionals and end-users. It provides safe and aesthetic placement of electrical equipment in residential buildings, offices, schools, and industrial facilities. Made of high-quality plastic in white color (RAL 9016), it blends perfectly with modern interiors.

Functionality and parameters

The box is designed for flush mounting and offers space for 6 rows of modules, corresponding to 72 modules. Its dimensions – 326 mm width, 943 mm height, and 120 mm depth – allow for comfortable cable routing, even under the TH35 mounting rail. The IP40 protection rating guarantees protection against the ingress of solid objects larger than 1 mm, increasing safety. The box has a DIN rail, which facilitates the mounting of equipment.

Made of plastic, the box meets the requirements of the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive, minimizing electromagnetic interference. Protection class II provides additional safety through reinforced or double insulation. The mounting depth is 125 mm. The width expressed in modules is 12. The mechanical impact resistance IK08 means resistance to impacts with an energy of up to 5J.

Installation and additional options

The ERP12-6 box features a symmetrical frame with a door, allowing for easy change of the opening direction – left- or right-hand version. It is standardly equipped with a rotating ELP latch, and optionally can be equipped with a lock with a key ELK-ERP for increased security. A mounting plate (ERPxx-PM) compatible with compact circuit breakers and power disconnectors of the EB2S160/ED2S160 series is also available. Additional accessories, such as N and PE busbars and spare frames with doors, allow you to adapt the box to individual needs. The box is available in both electrical and MEDIA versions (electrical part + telecommunications part).
