Universal through-type bracket for overhead lines

This through-type bracket, made of durable plastic, is a reliable solution for mounting insulated overhead lines. Designed to operate in harsh weather conditions, it ensures long-lasting and safe operation. Design and application

The through-type bracket is designed for suspending ASXS(n) cables with cross-sections from 16 mm² to 120 mm². It performs particularly well with 2/4×16-70 and 4×95 and 4×120 cables on straight sections. The bracket design allows operation at an angle of 180°-165°, increasing its versatility. A reinforced mounting hole with a stainless steel sleeve guarantees stability and resistance to loads.

Additionally, a compression wedge equipped with a tear-off nut ensures correct installation with a tightening force of 5 Nm – this protects against cable damage and guarantees optimal compression. The plastic used is resistant to UV radiation and other atmospheric factors, extending the life of the bracket even in harsh outdoor conditions.
