This model uses Line-interactive (VI) technology, which not only provides basic protection against network disturbances, but also stabilizes the voltage thanks to the AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulation) function. This means that the device automatically corrects fluctuations in the input voltage without having to switch to battery power – which extends its life. In addition, built-in overload and short-circuit protection protects both the UPS itself and the devices connected to it. The Ever Duo 550 PL AVR USB UPS is equipped with a USB HID interface, allowing easy communication with the computer without the need to install additional drivers. Thanks to this, you can monitor the status of the device and configure its parameters using the dedicated PowerSoft Professional software (available for download from the manufacturer's website). The "cold start" function allows you to start the UPS even without a connected mains power supply. Acoustic and optical signaling informs about the operating status of the device and any failures.
