Design features and application

The UZS-230V-1kW-1F power supply is a device designed to work with a single-phase ~230V network, delivering up to 1kVA/1kW of power. The metal housing with IP31 protection rating guarantees resistance to harsh environmental conditions. Primarily intended for gate drives in fire protection systems, it is perfect for anywhere a reliable emergency power supply is required. Thanks to a dedicated battery pack (available separately), it ensures the system remains operational for up to 72 hours – in accordance with PN-EN 12101-10. Optical LED signaling informs about the device status, and short-circuit and overload protection protects both the power supply itself and the devices connected to it.

Safety and compliance with standards

The device has a number of certificates and approvals confirming its safety and reliability: CNBOP certificate, certificate of constancy of performance No. 1438-CPR-0664 and approval certificate No. 3741/2019. The power supply meets the requirements of PN-EN 12101-10, making it a legal and safe solution in fire ventilation systems. The device design takes into account installation safety – it requires connection to an installation with a PE grounding conductor and provides protection against short circuits on both the AC and DC sides. Additionally, the device has overheating protection and an alarm signal in case of battery or inverter problems.
