Design and functionality
The manifold consists of two 1-inch diameter beams made of AISI 304 stainless steel – guaranteeing high corrosion resistance and long-term operation. The set also includes:
- Complete set of steel brackets – facilitate installation and ensure structural stability.
- Flow meters – allow regulation of the flow rate in each circuit, which translates into precise temperature setting.
- Thermostatic valves with knobs – allow manual temperature adjustment with the possibility of later connection of thermoelectric heads for automatic control.
- Manual air vents – used to remove air from the installation, ensuring its proper operation.
- Rotary drain valves – facilitate draining water from the installation during maintenance or repairs.
- G1 plugs – for sealing unused outlets.
