Heating Manifolds – Precision and Comfort in Your System
Heating manifolds with thermostatic valves and flow meters are a key element of modern heating installations, ensuring optimal heat distribution and individual adjustment options in each circuit. This model, available in a 5-way version, is designed for efficiency, durability and ease of installation. It is an ideal solution for both professionals involved in heating installations and demanding end-users who value comfort and savings.
Construction and Application
The manifold is made of high-quality materials – stainless steel or brass (depending on the model), which guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. It is equipped with five outlets, each with an independent thermostatic valve and flow meter. This allows for precise temperature adjustment in each heating circuit – whether it's underfloor heating in the bathroom or radiators in the bedroom. This optimizes energy consumption and provides thermal comfort in every room. Drain valves allow for easy venting of the installation and its maintenance.
Advantages and Benefits
- Precise regulation: Thermostatic valves allow individual temperature settings in each heating circuit, which translates into user comfort and energy savings.
- Flow monitoring: Built-in flow meters allow for control and regulation of the heating medium flow, which facilitates installation diagnostics and ensures its optimal operation.
- Durability and reliability: Made of stainless steel or brass, it provides corrosion resistance and long device life.
- Easy installation: A complete set of steel brackets and standard fittings facilitate quick and secure installation of the manifold in the heating installation.
- Versatility: The manifold is suitable for central heating (C.H.) and domestic hot water (DHW) systems, as well as installations with water or glycol as the heating medium.
- Compatibility: The possibility of connecting thermoelectric heads increases the functionality of the system and enables remote temperature control.
- Corrosion resistance: The materials used in production ensure long-term operation without the risk of damage caused by external factors.
Technical Specifications
The manifold is available in various versions, differing in the material of construction (stainless steel or brass) and the number of sections (ways). All models have a standard 1” beam size and are equipped with thermostatic valves, flow meters and G1/2 or G3/4 fittings (depending on the model). The drain valves are rotating G1/2xG3/4 and the air vents are automatic. The set also includes a complete set of steel brackets to facilitate installation. The exact dimensions of the 5-way manifold are: length 335 mm, width 400 mm and height 95 mm (for stainless steel models).
