9-way manifold with thermostatic valves and flow meters, standard RZP09S
Manifold for heating systems – reliable regulation and efficiency
This 9-port manifold with thermostatic valves and flow meters is a key element of an efficient heating installation, both in central heating (CH) and domestic hot water (DHW) systems. Designed for precise control of the heating medium circulation, it allows for optimization of thermal comfort and reduction of operating costs. Available in brass and stainless steel versions, offering a wide choice depending on the specifics of the installation and user preferences.
Construction and application
The manifold is designed to connect nine heating circuits, making it an ideal solution for larger installations, e.g. in single-family homes, commercial buildings or multi-family buildings. Equipped with flow meters on the supply rail, it allows for flow regulation in each circuit, ensuring even heat distribution. Thermostatic valves on the return rail allow for individual temperature adjustment in individual rooms, and the possibility of mounting thermoelectric heads increases the functionality of the system and enables remote control. Additionally, the manifold has manual air vents and swivel drain valves, making installation maintenance and servicing easier. The set also includes steel brackets for stable mounting and nipples for connection to multilayer pipes.
Advantages and benefits
- Precise regulation: Flow meters and thermostatic valves allow for accurate adjustment of the installation parameters to individual needs.
- Versatility: The ability to connect thermoelectric heads increases the functionality of the system and enables remote temperature control.
- Durability: Made of high-quality materials – brass or stainless steel – guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation of the device.
- Easy installation: The complete set includes all the necessary elements for proper connection of the manifold to the heating installation.
- Convenience: Automatic air vents and swivel drain valves facilitate maintenance and servicing of the system.
- Universality: Suitable for both water and glycol (50%), which expands the range of applications.
- Availability of spare parts: A wide distribution network ensures easy access to spare parts if needed.
Built for professionals
Ferro manifolds are available in two material versions: brass and stainless steel AISI 304. The choice of the appropriate material depends on the specifics of the medium flowing through the installation and the environmental conditions. The applied construction solutions ensure high resistance to corrosion and stable operation of the device even under high hydraulic loads. Thanks to the well-thought-out design, the manifold installation is quick and intuitive, which translates into saving time and labor costs. Additionally, the solid workmanship guarantees long-term reliability of the device, minimizing the risk of failure and the need for service interventions in the future.
