This Herkules ball valve is a robust solution for water, heating, and compressed air systems. Made from high-quality brass, it ensures long-lasting, trouble-free operation. Designed for use in both residential and industrial installations, it performs reliably in hot and cold water systems as well as central heating networks. Thanks to BSPP-G (internal) and BSPP (external) threads with a 3/4-inch diameter, installation is simple and fast.

The valve features high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage, ensuring reliable performance even under demanding operating conditions. The full-bore design eliminates pressure losses, guaranteeing optimal medium flow. Additionally, the adjustment screw integrated into the stem allows for precise adjustment and compensation of any play.

Construction and Materials – Guarantee of Durability

The valve body is manufactured from brass CuZn40Pb2 (CW617N), providing excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The ball is chrome-plated and polished, enhancing its resistance to seizing and ensuring smooth opening and closing. Seals for the ball and stem are made from PTFE teflon, guaranteeing leak-tight and reliable connections. The double stem sealing further prevents leakage. Every detail has been carefully engineered, as confirmed by Technical Approvals from ITB and Hygienic Certificates from the State Hygiene Institute.
