The Flamco XStream Vent-Clean air and dirt separator is a comprehensive solution combining the functions of an air separator, sludge separator, and magnetic filter in one device. Designed to optimize the performance of heating and cooling systems, it minimizes energy losses, reduces failures, and extends the life of the installation. Made of brass, with a 1 inch (G 1") female threaded connection, it is compatible with installations of various characteristics. Integrated EPP insulation reduces heat loss, and the 360-degree rotation capability facilitates installation in tight spaces.

Two operating modes for maximum efficiency

XStream Vent-Clean offers two operating modes – ECO and MAX – tailored to different installation needs. In ECO mode, part of the flow is directed through the separator, providing energy-saving operation with low flow resistance. MAX mode, on the other hand, directs the entire flow through the separator, which is particularly useful when starting up the installation or in the event of heavy contamination. This flexibility allows you to adapt the device to current operating conditions and achieve optimal performance.

The device is characterized by a solid brass construction, which guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. The built-in magnet effectively captures magnetic particles, protecting installation components from damage. The integrated service indicator informs about the need to flush or vent the system, facilitating maintenance. Thanks to the possibility of installation in any flow direction, we avoid errors during installation. Additionally, the separator is adapted to work with glycol concentrations up to 50%, which expands its range of applications. Pressure class PN 10 ensures safe operation under standard working conditions. The Kvs value is 0, which means no significant flow resistance in ECO mode. The device operates in a temperature range from -10°C to +120°C.
