The Flamco XStream Vent-Clean air and dirt separator is an advanced device designed to remove air and contaminants from heating and cooling systems. Construction and functionality

The device is made of brass, which guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. It has an internal gas thread BSPP-G (ISO 228-1) with a diameter of 1 inch (DN40), which facilitates integration with the existing installation. A built-in drain valve allows for convenient emptying of the separator from sediment. Integrated EPP insulation with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.04 W/(m.K) minimizes heat loss, increasing the energy efficiency of the system. Additionally, the separator is equipped with an automatic air vent, which removes accumulated air without manual intervention.

Unique ECO/MAX mode is one of the key features of this model. It allows you to adjust the operation of the separator to the current needs of the installation:

• ECO mode: part of the flow is directed through the separator, which saves energy.
• MAX mode: the entire flow is directed through the separator, maximizing cleaning efficiency.

The ability to rotate the connection by 360 degrees makes installation easier in tight spaces, and the lack of need to consider the flow direction eliminates the risk of errors during installation. An integrated service indicator informs about the date of the last service in MAX mode, making it easier to plan inspections and maintain optimal device performance.

The Flamco XStream Vent-Clean separator is used in both heating and cooling systems, including closed ones. It is compatible with installations containing glycol with a concentration of up to 50%. Thanks to the use of an internal magnet, it effectively removes magnetic particles, protecting installation components from damage caused by rust. The device operates in a wide range of temperatures (from -10°C to 120°C) and pressures (up to 10 bar), making it a universal solution for various applications.
