The XStream Vent air separator with integrated insulation is a key element of modern heating and cooling systems. Construction and operating principle

XStream Vent utilizes the principle of partial and full flow with sedimentation, ensuring effective air separation regardless of operating conditions. A unique ECO/MAX mode allows you to adjust the separator's operation to the current needs of the installation. In ECO mode, part of the flow is directed through the separator, and in MAX mode – all of it. A rotating connection (360 degrees) facilitates installation in tight spaces and eliminates the risk of errors resulting from incorrect positioning. Integrated EPP insulation with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.04 W/(m.K) minimizes heat loss, increasing the energy efficiency of the system. The device operates in a temperature range from -10°C to 120°C and is adapted for use with glycol with a maximum concentration of 50%.
