Effective protection of heating and cooling systems

This set includes two key components for the proper functioning of the system: Flamco XStream Vent air separator and Flamco XStream Clean dirt separator. Combining these two devices provides comprehensive protection against the negative effects of air and impurities in the installation, resulting in longer life, higher efficiency and lower operating costs. The set is particularly recommended for new installations, but will also be useful during the modernization of existing systems.

Construction and application

XStream separators are versatile – they can be mounted both horizontally and vertically. They have an internal cylindrical gas thread BSPP-G (ISO 228-1) with a diameter of 1 1/4 inch (DN32), which facilitates their integration with existing infrastructure. Pressure class PN 10 guarantees safe operation under standard conditions.

The XStream Vent air separator effectively removes air from the installation, minimizing the risk of corrosion, noise and reduced heating efficiency. The XStream Clean dirt separator, in turn, captures solid and magnetic particles, protecting pumps, valves and other system components from damage. Both separators are made of brass and high-quality plastics, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. Additionally, 20 mm thick EPP insulation reduces heat loss (λ: 0.036 W/m).
