The Urban UBG drain cover is a practical accessory for Franke sinks, made of high-quality stainless steel. Its main function is to aesthetically cover the drain, giving the kitchen a modern and tidy look. It does not restrict water flow while effectively masking the drain, which improves the overall perception of the sink.

Installation and fit

The cover is designed for Franke Urban series sinks, but may be compatible with other models – it is worth checking the dimensions of the drain hole. Although the cover is easy to install, if you have any doubts or lack experience, we recommend entrusting this task to a professional installer. Remember that Franke offers special cutters (cat. no. 113.0048.569) for self-cutting holes for accessories, which ensure precise and safe execution.

Material and durability

Made of stainless steel, the drain cover is characterized by high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. Stainless steel is a material valued for its durability and ease of cleaning – even after years of intensive use, it retains its aesthetic appearance. Please note that natural scratches may appear during use, but over time they will become less visible and blend into the surface.
