Comprehensive heating solution for the entire home
The Airmax² heating set is an advanced system based on an air-to-water monoblock heat pump that utilizes renewable energy to provide comprehensive heat supply for the building. The air-to-water system converts energy taken from the surrounding air into the heat necessary for heating the home, preparing domestic hot water, and heating a swimming pool.
Technology and system efficiency
The Airmax² heat pump utilizes a reliable scroll compressor and an electronic expansion valve, which guarantee maximum operational efficiency. Thanks to the use of modulated fans with optimized blades and an electronic circulation pump, the system offers quiet and failure-free operation for many years.
Key performance parameters include a COP coefficient of up to 4.72 (A7W35) and a nominal heating capacity of 11 kW under standard test conditions according to the PN-EN 14511 standard. The system achieves an energy class of A++ for a flow temperature of 35°C and A+ for a flow temperature of 55°C, which translates into exceptionally low operating costs.
The automatic evaporator defrosting system with a hydrophobic layer ensures operation down to -20°C. The maximum flow temperature of the heating circuit reaches 57°C.
System components and their functionality
The central element of the set is a vertical, standing enamelled SGW(S) Maxi heat storage tank with a capacity of 400 liters, dedicated to heating and storing domestic hot water. The Maxi spiral coil with a surface area of 5 m² enables efficient heat exchange between the medium and the domestic water.
Thermal insulation is provided by high-density rigid polyurethane foam, which reduces heat loss, while a soft skay cladding gives the device an aesthetic appearance. Corrosion protection is implemented through ceramic enamel and two magnesium anodes that dissolve and seal micro-cracks.
The SG(B) buffer tank with a capacity of 400 liters accumulates heat generated by various heating devices, serving as a hydraulic coupling for the central heating system. Made of durable black carbon steel, it allows for operation at a maximum pressure of 0.3 MPa. Hydraulic connections distributed along the entire height allow the heating installation to be supplied with different heating medium temperatures.
Advanced control and user comfort
The system is equipped with a multifunctional ecoTRONIC200-G controller with a color LCD touchscreen. The controller guarantees the ability to control additional circuits, circulation pumps, and mixers, as well as monitoring the implementation of the Anti-legionella function.
The ecoNET internet module enables remote management of the entire system via a web browser or a dedicated mobile application available for smartphones. The operating schedule function allows for programming the hourly operation of the heat pump and the circulation pump.
An additional electric heater with a power of 7 kW provides support for the system during periods of extreme weather conditions or high heat demand. The system can also operate in cascade and simultaneously support devices working in open and closed supply systems.
The installation does not require drilling - the pump is mounted outside the building, which eliminates the need to occupy indoor space and simplifies the installation process for installers.
