Comprehensive heating system with air-to-water heat pump

The Airmax² heating set is a complete solution for a modern home, based on an air monoblock heat pump working in conjunction with the Tower Grand 200 DHW heat exchanger and the SG(B) 200 buffer tank. The system utilizes renewable energy to heat the building, heat domestic hot water, and even a swimming pool, serving as an economical power source for underfloor heating.

The installation does not require drilling - the pump is mounted outside the building, eliminating the need to interfere with the house structure. Remote management of the entire system is provided by an internet module accessible via a web browser or mobile app, allowing for performance monitoring and setting changes from anywhere in the world.

Advanced design and high efficiency

The heat pump utilizes a reliable scroll compressor and an electronic expansion valve, guaranteeing maximum operational efficiency for many years. Modulated fans with optimized blades and an electronic circulation pump ensure quiet operation with a noise level of 65 dB. An automatic defrosting system with a hydrophobic layer maintains efficiency even at temperatures of -20°C.

The system achieves an exceptionally high COP 4.37 (A7W35) coefficient and an A+ energy class, which translates to low operating costs while maintaining full heating comfort. The maximum flow temperature of the heating circuit is 57°C, enabling efficient operation with both underfloor heating and traditional radiators.

An additional electric heater with a power of 7 kW provides support for the main heat source during periods of extreme weather conditions. The multifunctional controller with a color LCD touchscreen offers ready-made management schemes and a scheduling function.

Set components for optimal system operation

The Tower Grand 200 DHW heat exchanger is a vertical, standing enamelled heater with a storage capacity of 193 liters and an enlarged spiral coil with a surface area of 2 m², specifically dedicated to working with heat pumps. Hard polyurethane foam and soft skay cover provide thermal insulation, significantly limiting heat loss. Corrosion protection is provided by two magnesium anodes, and the possibility of mounting an electric kit allows for the use of an additional heat source.

The SG(B) 200 buffer tank guarantees safe installation operation by acting as a hydraulic separator and stabilizing the system's operation, which significantly extends the lifespan of the heat pump and the entire installation. Made of black carbon steel, it allows for use in installations with heating water or glycol with a storage capacity of 223 liters. Polyurethane foam insulation and soft skay cover minimize energy losses during the storage of the heating medium.

The system can be equipped with Soft Start technology, allowing for a gentle compressor startup, and access to the Antilegionella function for the safe use of domestic hot water.
