Butterfly valve GAZEX ZM/DN125 – reliable gas supply shut-off
The ZM/DN125 butterfly valve is an element used for quick and effective shut-off of gas supply in industrial installations and gas boiler rooms. Equipped with a 230V electric actuator, it ensures reliable operation and the possibility of integration with automatic shut-off systems (ASO), minimizing the risk of natural gas, biogas, hydrogen or ammonia explosion. The valve design is designed for easy installation and minimal pressure drop in the installation.
Construction and application
The ZM butterfly valve consists of a flanged butterfly valve and an electric actuator. Thanks to the collarless construction, installation is simplified, and the valve is lighter than traditional ball valves – the DN150 model weighs only 15 kg, making it easier to transport and install. It can be installed in any direction of gas flow and position, providing great flexibility during installation design. It finds application in:
- gas boiler rooms with high power,
- industrial gas installations.
- automatic gas shut-off systems (ASO).

The dimensions of the ZM/DN125 valve are 280 x 550 x 160 mm. The valve has a flanged connection with a diameter of DN125 and is designed to operate at a nominal pressure of 1.0 MPa.
