The ZM/DN150 butterfly valve is a reliable device used to shut off the gas supply in industrial installations and gas boiler rooms. Its construction, based on a flangeless valve with a 230V electric actuator, allows for quick and effective closure of the gas supply, which is crucial in safety systems eliminating the risk of explosion. Thanks to its design, this valve can be used in installations with natural gas, biogas, hydrogen and ammonia.
Construction and practical application
The ZM/DN150 valve is distinguished by its flangeless construction, which simplifies installation and allows for any mounting direction and gas flow. Its light weight (only 15 kg for DN150) facilitates transport and installation, especially in hard-to-reach places. The internal sealing ring eliminates the need for additional flange gaskets, and the special design minimizes pressure drop and flow disturbances. The possibility of selecting seals for aggressive media expands the range of valve applications.
