Construction and application

The DEX-1R2/N detector is made in a brass housing, which provides high mechanical and corrosion resistance. It is designed to cooperate with various GAZEX control modules, such as MD-1.A/T, MD-1, MD-2, MD-4, MDP-1.A/T, MDP-1 PLUS, MDP-4, MDP-8, MDP-16 and addressable modules MDD-1, MDD-1/T and MDD-1x/T. The device finds application in a wide range of facilities, such as gas boiler rooms, rooms with gas installations, biogas plants and other places exposed to the presence of methane. It meets the requirements of the ATEX Directive and can be used in explosion-hazardous zones of varying degrees of risk (IIA, IIB or IIC).
