Gas detector testing kit GAZEX GTS-DG

The GTS-DG kit is a comprehensive solution designed to verify the correct operation of GAZEX gas detectors, including models DG/F, DG/M, DG/MR, DG/P and DG/PV. It allows for testing using gas test mixtures, which is crucial for ensuring the reliability of detection systems. The kit is useful for both professional installers and service technicians, as well as end-users who care about safety.

Comprehensive equipment and application

The kit includes all the necessary elements for a complete, gas-based test of the detector's reaction to poorly reactive gases – methane, propane, carbon monoxide or hydrogen. The kit includes: a TC-DG test cap dedicated to supplying gas to the measuring chamber, a CHS-03 gas humidifier (essential for detectors with a semiconductor sensor), a BTL-025 container for humidifying solution (containing 100g NaCl), a CFR-05 fixed flow rate reducer at 0.5 l/min with a pressure gauge for mounting on a gas cylinder, flexible hoses and a CRC-2 case to facilitate transport.

Important: A GC-110 test gas cylinder is not included in the kit and must be purchased separately. The choice of the appropriate test gas should be adapted to the type of detector and application requirements.

• CFR-05 reducer: Maintains a constant gas flow rate of 0.5 l/min, which facilitates testing in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

GTS kits are not intended for use with mixtures containing reactive gases or low-concentration vapors of organic compounds.
