Carbon Monoxide Detector DD-22-Nstd – reliable protection of your environment

The DD-22-Nstd gas detector is an advanced device designed for continuous monitoring of carbon monoxide concentration in rooms. Its main task is to detect dangerous levels of this gas early on, which is crucial for ensuring the safety of people and property. This detector can be used both in public buildings and in residential spaces where there is a risk of carbon monoxide formation – e.g. with heating systems using fuels.

Construction and principle of operation

DD-22-Nstd uses a semiconductor gas sensor characterized by high sensitivity and durability (over 10 years). The device cyclically measures the concentration of carbon monoxide in the air, and when defined alarm thresholds are exceeded (standardly 20 ppm, 100 ppm and 300 ppm), it activates optical and acoustic signaling. Additionally, the detector sends information about the threat status to the control module via the RS-485 interface with the MODBUS RTU protocol, enabling remote monitoring and diagnostics of the gas detection system. The built-in microprocessor ensures stable operation, thermal compensation and recording of the history of alarm states.

Installation and configuration

The DD-22-Nstd detector is easy to install and connect thanks to the use of removable, double screwless terminals. The possibility of introducing the cable from under the plaster or mounting to a standard flush-mounted box Ø60mm increases the flexibility of the installation. Detector settings are configured using dedicated DETnet_View software (available at www.gazex.pl), allowing you to adapt the operating parameters to specific application needs. The device is powered by 12/24 V= voltage (admissible range: 8 ÷ 30 V) and consumes a maximum of 30mA at 24V=.

Quality and calibration guarantee

All GAZEX detectors are calibrated in their own Calibrating Laboratory operating in accordance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard (PCA accreditation No. AP150), which guarantees high measurement accuracy and reliable device operation. Calibration on request ensures optimal adaptation of the detector to specific working conditions.
