The DD-62-Nstd gas detector is an advanced device designed for continuous monitoring of refrigerant concentration in rooms. It uses a semiconductor sensor, providing high measurement accuracy and a quick response to changes in gas concentration. The detector is particularly useful in places where there is a risk of refrigerant leakage, such as hotels, offices, public buildings or industrial plants. Its main task is to early detect elevated concentrations of refrigerants, which allows for a quick response and prevention of potential health and environmental hazards.

Functionality and application

The DD-62-Nstd device works with the GAZEX Digital Gas Detection System, enabling integration with a comprehensive monitoring system. Communication is via an RS-485 interface with the MODBUS RTU protocol, providing remote supervision, identification and diagnostics of the device. The built-in microprocessor ensures stable operation, temperature compensation and recording of alarm history. The detector has three configurable alarm thresholds (A1/A2/A3) and a NO/NC contact output, which can be used to activate an alarm signal or other protective devices. The possibility of calibration to order allows you to adjust the detector's sensitivity to specific user needs.

Construction and mounting

The DD-62-Nstd detector is characterized by an aesthetic wall-mounted housing made of high-impact ABS (IP44). Removable screwless terminals facilitate the connection of telecommunication cables (FTP) and allow for quick disconnection of the detector from the bus for servicing or sensor replacement. The replaceable semiconductor sensor module extends the life of the device and reduces operating costs. The detector housing allows the cable to be introduced from under the plaster or mounted in a standard flush-mounted box with a diameter of 60mm. The detector is powered by a voltage of 12/24 V=.
