Gas detector DEX-7KL/N-HT H2, acetylene, calibration 10/30 %DGW H2 (or on request), catalytic sensor, F4-HT-C design (high-temperature version up to +80°C), aluminum housing (or can be changed to brass).
Gas detector DEX-7KL/N-HT – reliable safety in harsh conditions
The DEX-7KL/N-HT gas detector is an advanced device designed for continuous monitoring of hydrogen and acetylene in the air. Equipped with a catalytic sensor, it provides fast and accurate detection of hazards, signaling the exceeding of two alarm thresholds. Its explosion-proof design and the possibility of a high-temperature version (+80°C) make it an ideal solution for demanding industrial applications.
Wide application and high reliability
The detector is used wherever there is a risk of hydrogen or acetylene leakage – from laboratories and industrial plants to boiler rooms and gas installations. It meets the requirements of the ATEX Directive, guaranteeing safe use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Replaceable sensor modules with compensation algorithms ensure long-term and stable operation of the device. The possibility of calibration to individual order allows you to adjust the detector's sensitivity to specific user needs.
Construction features and configuration options
The DEX-7KL/N-HT detector is characterized by a solid construction based on an aluminum housing (a brass housing version is also available). The F4-HT-C version (high-temperature version) allows operation at elevated temperatures up to +80°C. The device works with MD…. type alarm modules. Thanks to the modular design, sensor replacement is simple and does not require calibration on-site. Detectors are calibrated in their own GAZEX Calibration Laboratory, accredited in accordance with PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025.
The detector is designed to detect hydrogen and acetylene, and the measurement range is 10/30% LEL H2 with the possibility of calibration to order. It uses a catalytic sensor and is available in the F4-HT-C version, adapted to work at temperatures up to +80°C. The housing can be made of aluminum or brass. The device is used in gas installations, laboratories, industrial plants and boiler rooms. It meets the requirements of the ATEX Directive 2014/34/UE. The modular design facilitates sensor replacement without the need for calibration, and the calibration process takes place in the accredited GAZEX Calibration Laboratory (PCA accreditation no. AP150).
Thanks to precise measurement and reliable construction, the DEX-7KL/N-HT detector is a key element of the safety system in places threatened by explosion or poisoning with gases. It is an investment in peace of mind and protection of life and property.
