Digital detectors of the DG/M series, such as the DG-0E.O3/M model, are devices designed for continuous monitoring of gas concentrations in various environments. They serve to precisely measure the presence of hazardous substances in the air, and in the event of exceeding permissible norms, they activate a visual alarm. Construction and functionality

A key feature of DG/M detectors is the ability to exchange sensor modules. This simplifies maintenance, calibration is easier, and operating costs are reduced. The built-in microprocessor ensures stable operation and reliability of the detector, and the thermal compensation system guarantees measurement accuracy even under variable environmental conditions.

The DG-0E.O3/M detector is equipped with an electrochemical sensor designed to detect ozone (O3) in the concentration range of 0.2/0.3 ppm. A splash-proof ABS housing (IP44) protects the device from moisture and mechanical damage, which increases its durability and reliability. Two cable glands facilitate connecting subsequent detectors to the network.

Application and compliance with standards

GAZEX detectors are calibrated in their own Calibrating Laboratory operating in accordance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard (PCA accreditation No. AP150), which guarantees high accuracy and reliability of measurements. It should be remembered that these devices have a standard construction and cannot be used in places where there is a risk of explosion of gases, vapors or dusts – i.e. in areas classified as explosive.

The detector output is implemented in the RS-485 standard, and the alarm signaling is carried out using a built-in LED optical signal. The device is powered by 24V=. Its dimensions are 110 x 140 x 55 mm, and the sensor used is an electrochemical sensor designed to detect ozone (O3) with a measurement range of 0.2 / 0.3 ppm.
