This gas detector, based on an optical sensor (infrared), is designed to precisely detect the presence of dangerous concentrations of organic compounds in the air. Construction and principle of operation
The DG-3R/N detector is a threshold device, equipped with two independent alarm thresholds set at the factory and an additional threshold indicated optically. It uses optical technology (IR), which ensures high selectivity and accuracy in measuring organic compounds. The alarm signal is realized both optically (built-in LED) and through binary outputs, allowing integration with control and alarm systems. A built-in test procedure facilitates checking the correct connection of the output cables after installation. The thermal compensation circuit minimizes the impact of ambient temperature changes on measurement accuracy.
