Gas detector – reliable protection against refrigerant leaks
The DG-61.EN-Nstd gas detector is an economical device designed for continuous monitoring of refrigerant presence in enclosed spaces. It is used to detect dangerous gas concentrations, ensuring safety in places of potential leaks, such as air conditioning service centers, refrigeration rooms or rooms with refrigeration equipment. The detector is powered by the system and equipped with a replaceable semiconductor sensor, which translates to low operating costs and easy maintenance.
Wide application and versatility
The DG-61.EN-Nstd detector works in various facilities where there is a risk of refrigerant leakage. It is ideal for:
- boiler room ancillary rooms,
- garages and underground car parks (especially with LPG/CNG installations),
- vehicle inspection stations,
- production halls with air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
Thanks to its compact dimensions (82 x 110 x 68 mm), the detector can be easily mounted in hard-to-reach places. The ability to cooperate with various control modules (MD-1.A/T, MD-1, MD-2, MD-4, MDP-1.A/T, MDP-1 PLUS, MDP-4, MDP-8, MDP-16 and MDD-1, MDD-1/T, MDD-1x/T) provides system flexibility and adaptation to individual needs.
User comfort and reliable operation
The DG-61.EN-Nstd detector is distinguished by its ease of use and reliable operation. The built-in microprocessor ensures stable operation and temperature compensation of measurements. The device is calibrated in its own GAZEX Calibration Laboratory accredited in accordance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard (PCA No. AP150), which guarantees the accuracy and reliability of measurements. The semiconductor sensor reacts to the concentration of R32 or R410A refrigerants in the range of 1000/2000/(2500) ppm. The splash-proof housing (IP43) protects the device from moisture and mechanical damage. Additionally, the detector has a TEST button for outputs, making it easier to check the correct operation.
