Gas detector HFC (Refrigerants) – reliable monitoring of refrigeration systems
The DG-61/M gas detector is an advanced device designed for continuous monitoring of the presence of HFC (Refrigerant) gases, including R410A and R32, in rooms. Its main task is to detect exceeding permissible concentrations of these gases, allowing for a quick response and minimizing the risk associated with their leakage. The detector uses a semiconductor sensor (p-p), providing precise measurements and high sensitivity.
Wide application and reliable communication
The device finds application in industrial plants, logistics centers, public utility facilities, and everywhere where there is a risk of refrigerant gas emissions. Communication is via an RS485 interface with the MODBUS RTU protocol, enabling easy integration with monitoring and control systems. This allows installers to easily incorporate the detector into existing infrastructure, and end-users – to have full control over the air condition in the monitored room.
Design and functionality for professionals
The DG-61/M detector is characterized by a replaceable sensor module, which greatly facilitates maintenance and calibration of the device. Module replacement is simple and does not require specialized knowledge, which translates into lower operating costs. In addition, the detector has a built-in microprocessor ensuring stable operation and semi-automatic addressing in a digital network. The housing made of high-impact ABS (IP44) protects the device against mechanical damage and water splashes. Two cable glands facilitate the connection of subsequent detectors in the system. Alarm signaling is realized by a built-in LED optical signaling. The detector is calibrated in its own GAZEX Calibration Laboratory accredited in accordance with PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 (PCA accreditation No. AP150), which guarantees the accuracy and reliability of measurements.
