Gas detector DG-61/M-Nstd HFC (Refrigerants), field calibration, ppm sensor, RS485 DG-61/M-NSTD
Gas detector designed for continuous monitoring of refrigerant presence
The DG-61/M-Nstd detector is an advanced device used for continuous monitoring of HFC (Freon) concentrations in rooms. Its main task is to ensure safety by early detection of exceeding permissible norms, which is crucial in industrial plants, logistics centers and public facilities. This detector is an integral part of the Digital Gas Detection System, enabling a quick response to potential hazards.
Construction and functionality
The DG-61/M-Nstd detector uses a replaceable semiconductor sensor module (MS-61/N), which significantly simplifies the maintenance and calibration process, reducing operating costs. In the event of a failure or the need to replace the sensor, the entire device does not need to be replaced - just the module. Communication is via the RS-485 port with the MODBUS RTU protocol, ensuring easy integration with existing monitoring and control systems. The built-in microprocessor guarantees reliability and stability of operation, and also enables semi-automatic addressing in the digital network without the need to open the housing. Additionally, the detector has a thermal compensation circuit and a history of alarm states, which facilitates event analysis and identification of potential problems.
Application and benefits
This detector finds application wherever there is a risk of refrigerant leakage - from air conditioning and refrigeration systems to laboratories and production plants. Alarm signaling (optical LED) and the ability to transmit information to the central supervisory module ensure a quick response to the threat. A splash-proof housing (IP44) increases resistance to environmental conditions, and two cable glands facilitate connecting subsequent detectors to the network. Importantly, this detector is not intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. The device is factory calibrated in accordance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard by the GAZEX Calibrating Laboratory (PCA accreditation No. AP150), which guarantees measurement accuracy. 24V DC power supply ensures compatibility with most power systems.
