The DG-6R7/M-Nstd gas detector is an advanced device designed for continuous monitoring of refrigerant (HFC/Freon) presence in rooms. It utilizes an optical sensor (Infra-Red) providing precise gas concentration measurement and a quick response in case of exceeding permissible levels. Functionality and Application
The DG-6R7/M-Nstd detector is part of a Digital Gas Detection System, enabling integration with other devices and a central supervisory module. Communication is via RS-485 port with MODBUS RTU protocol, ensuring reliable data transmission. A built-in microprocessor ensures stable operation, and a thermal compensation circuit minimizes the impact of temperature changes on measurement accuracy. When a dangerous gas concentration is detected, the detector activates an optical signal and transmits information to the supervisory system.
The device finds application wherever there is a risk of refrigerant leaks, such as:

Two cable glands facilitate connecting subsequent detectors in a network. Additionally, it is possible to extend the device with a relay output module (DG/MR version) or a protective cover (AR-1d). Detector settings are configured using dedicated "DETnet View" software.
