Design and application

The DG-6R7/N-Nstd detector belongs to the group of threshold system detectors from GAZEX, designed to operate in industrial and enclosed premises. Its design allows cooperation with various control modules, such as MD-1.A/T, MD-1, MD-2, MD-4, MDP-1.A/T, MDP-1 PLUS, MDP-4, MDP-8 and MDP-16. This makes it easy to integrate with existing alarm and access control systems. The device is particularly useful in places where freon leaks may occur – air conditioning service centers, refrigeration warehouses or production halls.

Technical specifications

The device is powered by system voltage and has compact dimensions (110 x 140 x 55 mm). It has two two-state outputs and a built-in optical signal. The MS-6R7/N sensor module uses optical technology (infra-red) to detect the refrigerant R32 or R410A in the range of 500/1500 ppm (up to 2000 ppm). Thanks to this, the detector meets the requirements for safety and environmental protection in refrigeration and air conditioning installations.
