Digital detectors of the DG-P/M series are devices designed for continuous monitoring of the presence of gases in various environments. They are used to measure the concentration of gas in the air, and in case of exceeding the permissible norms, they activate an alarm signal and send information to the central supervisory module via the RS-485 network. The DG-P0E.CL2/M detector is specifically designed to detect chlorine at concentrations as low as 10 ppm, making it an ideal solution for the chemical industry, wastewater treatment plants, and public facilities where safety is a priority.

Construction and application

GAZEX detectors of the DG-P/M series utilize a replaceable sensor module – in this model, it is an electrochemical sensor. This design facilitates maintenance, calibration and reduces operating costs, as only the worn element is replaced, not the entire detector. The device finds application in industrial plants, logistics centers and large rooms exposed to the emission of toxic gases. Thanks to its compact dimensions (110 x 140 x 55 mm) and splash-proof housing (IP44), the detector can be easily mounted in various environmental conditions. It is important to remember that the device should not be used in explosion-hazardous areas.

• Calibration: All detectors are calibrated in their own GAZEX Calibrating Laboratory accredited in accordance with PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 (PCA accreditation No. AP150), which guarantees their accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Expandability: Optionally, the detector can be equipped with an additional cover made of steel pipes (AR-1d) or a housing for the ventilation duct (DG/w version). An upgrade to the DG-P/MR version is also possible by adding a relay output module.
