The DG-P0E.ETO/N gas detector is designed for continuous monitoring of ethylene oxide presence in the air. Thanks to the use of an electrochemical sensor, the device provides a precise measurement of gas concentration at a level of 20 ppm, taking into account cross-calibration. The detector finds application in industrial plants, laboratories and other facilities where there is a risk of emission of this toxic substance. Its compact dimensions (110 x 140 x 55 mm) and the possibility of system power supply facilitate integration with existing gas detection systems.
Precision Measurement and Versatile Applications
The DG-P0E.ETO/N detector is not only a precise measurement but also flexibility in terms of cooperation with various control systems. The device is equipped with a 4-20 mA analog output, which allows it to be connected to measurement and threshold control modules (MDP-1.A/T, MDP-1 PLUS, MDP-4, MDP-8, MDP-16), addressable modules (MDD-1, MDD-1/T, MDD-1x/T) and other control centers accepting the standard 4-20mA input line. It is recommended to use DG/PV type detectors with dual outputs (4-20mA and 2-10V) when working with control units from other manufacturers.
Construction and User Features
The DG/P series detectors are characterized by a modular design and simple installation. The replaceable sensor module with built-in thermal and linear compensation algorithms ensures measurement stability and minimizes the need for calibration at the installation site. A splash-proof housing protects the device from adverse environmental conditions. In addition, all GAZEX detectors are calibrated in their own Calibrating Laboratory operating in accordance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard (PCA accreditation No. AP150), which guarantees high accuracy and reliability of measurements.
