Hydrogen Chloride Gas Detector – Reliable Safety in Industry
This stationary gas detector DG-P0E.HCL/N is designed for continuous monitoring of hydrogen chloride (HCl) concentration in industrial and enclosed spaces. The device signals exceeding permissible norms, protecting personnel from hazards associated with the presence of this toxic gas. The detector is widely used in chemical plants, wastewater treatment plants, laboratories, and other places where there is a risk of hydrogen chloride emissions.
Precise Measurement and Easy Integration
The DG-P0E.HCL/N detector utilizes an electrochemical sensor that ensures high measurement accuracy in the range up to 30 ppm. The 4-20 mA analog output enables easy integration with existing control and monitoring systems, including GAZEX control modules (MDP-1.A/T, MDP-1 PLUS, MDP-4, MDP-8, MDP-16) and addressable modules MDD-1, MDD-1/T and MDD-1x/T. Compatibility with control panels accepting the 4-20 mA input line standard provides great flexibility in designing gas detection systems. When using control units from other manufacturers, GAZEX recommends DG/PV type detectors with dual outputs (4-20mA and 2-10V).
Robust Construction and Long-Term Operation
The detector housing is splash-proof, ensuring reliable operation even in harsh industrial conditions. The replaceable sensor module allows for lower operating costs – instead of replacing the entire device, simply replace the worn sensor. Built-in thermal and linear compensation algorithms ensure stable and accurate measurements regardless of temperature and pressure changes. All GAZEX detectors are calibrated in a laboratory accredited in accordance with PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 (PCA accreditation No. AP150), which guarantees their high quality and measurement reliability. The device also has a built-in optical indicator of operating status. The detector dimensions are 110 x 140 x 55 mm.
