This gas detector is designed for continuous monitoring of gas concentrations in various environments – from industrial plants and logistics centers to public facilities. Its task is to quickly detect exceedances of permissible norms and to alert of potential hazards. The device finds application both in gas detection systems located in large rooms and in more complex industrial installations.

The DG-P3R/MR detector utilizes an optical sensor (Infra-Red) for precise measurement of organic compound concentrations. Built-in two relays with NO/NC outputs allow direct control of alarm devices or ventilation systems. Communication is via an RS-485 port with the MODBUS RTU protocol, enabling easy integration with central supervision and control systems. Thanks to replaceable sensor modules, device maintenance and calibration are simplified, and operating costs are reduced.

The device is powered by 24V= and has compact dimensions (110 x 140 x 55 mm). It also has a built-in optical alarm signal and a history of alarm states, which facilitates event analysis and identification of potential problems. Additionally, the detector can be semi-automatically addressed on a digital network without the need to open the housing, which significantly shortens installation and configuration time. All GAZEX detectors are calibrated in their own Calibrating Laboratory operating in accordance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard (PCA accreditation No. AP150), which guarantees their accuracy and measurement reliability.
