Gas Detectors – Reliable Protection and Precise Measurement
The gas detector DG-P6R7/MR-Nstd is an advanced device designed for continuous monitoring of refrigerant presence in rooms. It utilizes an optical sensor (Infra-Red), ensuring high selectivity and measurement accuracy. The device is a key element of gas detection systems, guaranteeing safety in industrial plants, logistics centers, and public facilities.
Functionality and Application
The DG-P6R7/MR-Nstd detector, thanks to RS-485 communication with the MODBUS RTU protocol, enables easy integration with supervision and control systems. It has two programmable alarm thresholds or can operate in measurement mode, providing continuous data on gas concentration. Built-in relays with NO/NC contacts allow direct control of external devices, such as signaling devices or ventilation systems. A replaceable sensor module facilitates maintenance and calibration, reducing operating costs. The device is particularly useful wherever monitoring of R32 or R410A refrigerant concentrations is required – from air conditioning systems to refrigeration installations.
Design and Characteristic Features
The detector has been designed with durability and reliability in mind. It has a splash-proof housing and a built-in microprocessor ensuring stable operation. Thermal compensation minimizes the impact of temperature changes on the measurement result, and the alarm history facilitates event analysis. Thanks to semi-automatic addressing in the digital network, device configuration is simple and fast. Screwless terminals facilitate the connection of FTP cables, and two cable glands allow connecting subsequent detectors to the network. It is worth emphasizing that this detector is not intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
