The DG-P6R7/MR-SF6-Nstd gas detector is an advanced device designed for continuous monitoring of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) concentration in various industrial and public utility environments. Functionality and application
The DG-P6R7/MR-SF6-Nstd detector, thanks to its design, finds application in places requiring continuous monitoring of SF6 presence, e.g. in high-voltage switchgear rooms, laboratories, production plants or logistics centers. Its digital design allows integration with a Digital Gas Detection System via an RS-485 interface with the MODBUS RTU protocol. This enables remote monitoring of air quality and rapid response in the event of exceeding permissible norms. Built-in two relays with NO/NC contacts allow direct control of alarm devices or ventilation systems.
Construction and user features
The detector is characterized by a solid construction and ease of use. The replaceable sensor module facilitates maintenance and calibration, reducing operating costs. The use of a microprocessor ensures stable operation and reliability of the device. Additional functions, such as alarm status history, thermal compensation system and semi-automatic addressing in a digital network, increase user comfort and work efficiency. Two cable glands facilitate connecting subsequent detectors in the system. The housing with dimensions of 110 x 140 x 55 mm ensures compactness of the device, and the possibility of mounting an additional cover or a housing for the ventilation duct expands the scope of its applications. The detector is powered by 24V DC.
