Refrigerant Gas Detector – Reliable Safety in Refrigeration Systems
This stationary gas detector is designed for continuous monitoring of the presence of refrigerants, such as R32 and R410A, in industrial and enclosed spaces. The device signals exceeding permissible concentrations, ensuring a quick response in the event of a leak and minimizing health risks and potential hazards. The DG-P6R7/N detector is a key element of safety systems in air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation installations.
Measurement Accuracy and Easy Integration
The use of an optical sensor (Infra-Red) guarantees high measurement accuracy in the range of 0-2000 ppm. The detector is equipped with a standard 4-20 mA analog output, which allows for easy integration with existing control and monitoring systems, such as control modules MDP-1.A/T, MDP-1 PLUS, MDP-4, MDP-8, MDP-16 or addressable modules MDD-1, MDD-1/T, MDD-1x/T. The ability to cooperate with control panels from other manufacturers accepting the 4-20 mA signal increases application flexibility.
Construction and Operation
The detector is characterized by a solid construction with a splash-proof housing (dimensions 110 x 140 x 55 mm), adapted to work in harsh industrial conditions. Replaceable sensor modules with built-in thermal and linear compensation algorithms ensure measurement stability and long-term device reliability. Sensor replacement allows for inexpensive and long-term operation without the need for costly calibration at the installation site. Additionally, GAZEX detectors are calibrated in their own Calibrating Laboratory operating in accordance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard (PCA accreditation No. AP150), which confirms the high quality and accuracy of measurements. The built-in optical signaling informs about the alarm directly on the device.
