The device uses a catalytic sensor, which is characterized by high sensitivity and selectivity in detecting hydrogen, even at low concentrations. The measurement range of 100% LEL (Lower Explosive Limit) allows monitoring of hazards in a wide spectrum of applications.
Functionality and communication for professionals
The DG-P7KL3/MR detector is equipped with an RS-485 interface with MODBUS RTU protocol, enabling easy integration with supervision and control systems. This allows for remote monitoring of the detector status and reading measurements. Two programmable NO/NC relay outputs allow direct control of alarm devices or ventilation systems. The built-in microprocessor ensures stable and reliable operation of the device, and the thermal compensation system minimizes the impact of temperature changes on measurement accuracy.
Easy installation and maintenance
The detector design has been designed with simplicity of installation and maintenance in mind. The replaceable sensor module facilitates calibration and reduces operating costs. Screwless terminals allow quick and safe connection of wires, and two cable glands facilitate connecting subsequent detectors to the network. Additionally, the device has semi-automatic addressing in a digital network, which eliminates the need to open the housing during configuration. The detector is calibrated in its own GAZEX Calibration Laboratory operating in accordance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard (PCA accreditation No. AP150), which guarantees its measurement accuracy and reliability.
