This gas detector is designed for continuous monitoring of ozone concentration in the air. It is a key solution in industrial and enclosed spaces where air quality control and safety are a priority. The device uses an electrochemical sensor that provides high measurement accuracy from 1 ppm.

Functionality and application

The DG-PV0E.O3 detector finds application wherever ozone monitoring is required – from laboratories and industrial plants to ventilation and air conditioning systems. Its versatility results from the ability to cooperate with various alarm panels, thanks to the active current output 4-20mA and voltage output 2-10V. This allows for easy integration with existing gas detection systems.

Construction and additional features

The detector has been designed with ease of installation and use in mind. It has removable terminals allowing connection of single- and multi-strand wires without the need for ferrules. A splash-proof housing (IP44 in the recommended mounting position) protects the device from moisture and dust. Additionally, the detector is equipped with a built-in optical signaling (two LED lamps) informing about the device status.

The possibility of expanding with a mechanical guard (AR-1d) increases resistance to mechanical damage, and the optional ventilation duct housing (DG/w) allows for mounting in ventilation systems. It is worth remembering that DG/PV detectors are not intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and do not cooperate with MDP, MDA or MDD modules. All GAZEX detectors are calibrated in their own Accredited Calibration Laboratory according to PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 (PCA accreditation No. AP150), which guarantees their reliability and measurement accuracy. The device is powered by 24V= and its dimensions are 110 x 140 x 55 mm.
