The DG/PV series measuring detectors are devices designed for continuous monitoring of the concentration of toxic, explosive gases or oxygen in industrial and enclosed spaces. Their main advantage is the ability to exchange the sensor module, which allows adaptation of the detector to specific needs and working conditions. The device is compatible with control panels from various manufacturers, using 4-20mA or 2-10V output signals.

The DG-PV4E1 detector is designed to detect ammonia in concentrations up to 100 ppm, even in difficult temperature conditions – from -40°C. It uses an electrochemical sensor that provides precise and reliable measurements. An active 4-20mA current output facilitates integration with monitoring and control systems.

The DG/PV detectors are characterized by a design that allows for easy installation and maintenance. The replaceable sensor allows for a quick response in the event of a failure or the need for calibration. The device has a built-in optical signaling system (two LEDs) informing about exceeding the measurement range, temperature problems, emergency status history, and the need for calibration. In addition, the thermal compensation system minimizes the impact of ambient temperature changes on measurement accuracy. Removable terminals facilitate the connection of single- and multi-strand wires without the need for ferrules. A splash-proof sensor cover (IP44 in the recommended mounting position) provides protection against moisture and dust.

The DG-PV4E1 detector finds application wherever there is a risk of ammonia presence – in sewage treatment plants, cooling towers, fertilizer production plants or ammonia warehouses. Its reliable operation ensures the safety of employees and environmental protection. The built-in optical signaling allows for quick identification of potential hazards, and the ability to connect to an alarm panel enables automatic notification of exceeding the permissible gas concentration limits.
