The DG/PV series measurement detectors are devices designed for continuous monitoring of dangerous gas concentrations in enclosed and industrial premises. Equipped with a replaceable sensor module, these detectors find application wherever control of potentially harmful substances is required. These devices are compatible with control panels from various manufacturers, offering flexibility in integration with existing gas detection systems. Please note that DG/PV detectors cannot be used in explosion-hazardous areas.

Precise Refrigerant Measurement – DG-PV6R7 Model

The DG-PV6R7 detector is specifically designed for precise measurement of refrigerants such as R410A and R32. It utilizes a sensor based on infrared (IR) technology, ensuring high accuracy and reliability of measurements in the range up to 2000 ppm. An active 4-20mA current output enables easy integration with monitoring and control systems, and an additional 2-10V voltage output provides even greater versatility.

The DG-PV6R7 detector offers a range of features to facilitate installation, operation and maintenance:

• Replaceable sensor: Allows for quick and easy replacement of a damaged or worn sensor without the need to replace the entire device.
• Two signal outputs: Active 4-20mA current output and 2-10V voltage output ensure compatibility with various control systems.
• Built-in signaling: LED indicators inform about exceeding the measurement range, temperature problems, calibration deadline expiration and history of emergency states.
• Thermal compensation: Thermal compensation circuit minimizes the impact of ambient temperature changes on measurement accuracy.
• Easy gas penetration: The sensor cover design ensures a fast response to changes in gas concentration.
• Connection terminals: Removable terminals allow connection of single- and multi-strand wires without the need for ferrules.
• Splash-proof housing: The housing with IP44 protection degree protects the device against moisture and splashes (with recommended mounting position).
• Expandability: Possibility to mount a mechanical guard AR-1d in places exposed to mechanical damage or a duct housing (DG/w option).

The DG-PV6R7 detector is factory calibrated in the GAZEX Calibration Laboratory, accredited according to PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 (PCA accreditation no. AP150), which guarantees high accuracy and reliability of measurements. The device is characterized by compact dimensions (110 x 140 x 55 mm) and low current consumption (typically 25 mA at 24V DC).
