This gas detector is designed for precise measurement of hydrogen concentration in the air, offering effective protection in industrial and enclosed spaces. The device, based on an electrochemical sensor, provides continuous monitoring and a quick response to potential hazards. Functionality and Versatility

The DG-PV7E detector stands out for its versatility thanks to two signal outputs – current 4-20mA (active) and voltage 2-10V. This solution ensures compatibility with various alarm panels and monitoring systems available on the market. Built-in optical signaling (two LEDs) informs about exceeding permissible hydrogen concentration levels, power supply problems, and the need for calibration. Additionally, the detector has a built-in operating time counter and a history of failure states, which facilitates diagnostics and servicing.

Construction and Application

The device is equipped with a thermal compensation circuit, which guarantees measurement accuracy even under changing environmental conditions. A splash-proof sensor cover (IP44 in the recommended mounting position) protects against moisture and dust, increasing the detector's lifespan. The possibility of mounting an additional mechanical guard AR-1d protects the device from damage in places exposed to vandalism or accidental impacts. The DG-PV7E detector is not intended for use in areas hazardous due to the explosion of gases, vapors or dust – it is a device of conventional construction. It is worth remembering that DG/PV and DG/P sensor modules are mutually interchangeable, which provides flexibility in choosing the appropriate sensor for specific needs.
