Gas detector – reliable protection and air quality control

The WG-20.EG gas detector is an advanced device designed for continuous monitoring of carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) concentrations in enclosed spaces. It is suitable for garages, underground car parks, vehicle inspection stations and car workshops. Its main task is to ensure safety by early detection of dangerous gas levels and triggering an alarm.

Functionality and application

The device uses electrochemical sensors to precisely measure the concentration of CO and NO2, offering calibration at three levels for each gas: 30/60/150 ppm for CO and 3/6/15 ppm for NO2. This makes the detector adaptable to different working conditions and ensures reliable measurement results. The alarm signal, implemented using a built-in optical indicator, informs about exceeding the permissible norms. In addition, the detector has three programmable relay outputs that can be used to control ventilation, exhaust or other safety systems. 230V power supply facilitates installation and integration with existing electrical infrastructure.

Construction and characteristic features

The WG-20.EG detector is distinguished by a solid construction – all control elements are located in a single splash-proof housing (IP54). The built-in microprocessor ensures stable operation, thermal compensation and the possibility of testing and calibration without the need to open the housing. A replaceable gas sensor guarantees low operating costs and easy maintenance. The device is factory calibrated in a GAZEX laboratory accredited according to PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025, which confirms its high accuracy and reliability of measurements. The connection terminals are removable, which facilitates the connection of multi-strand wires.
