This autonomous gas detector, model WG-9E5.Fx/A, is designed for continuous monitoring of oxygen concentration in the air. WG-9E5.Fx/A is an advanced device that will work in places such as:

• closed garages and underground parking lots – automatic control of ventilation systems, ensuring adequate air quality;

• solid fuel boiler rooms – monitoring oxygen levels to optimize the combustion process;

The detector is equipped with a replaceable, intelligent electrochemical sensor, which ensures high precision of oxygen measurements in the range of 19-17% by volume. It has three alarm thresholds set by the factory, guaranteeing a quick response in case of exceeding permissible values. The built-in event history allows for data analysis and identification of potential problems.

Construction and user features

The device is characterized by a one-piece construction, integrating the sensor, control unit, alarm siren, LED indicator light and 12V= alarm and switching outputs in one housing. This solution simplifies the installation and maintenance of the detector. Additional advantages include:

• built-in self-test procedure after power-on;
• possibility of testing from the outside without opening the housing;
• thermal compensation circuit ensuring measurement stability in variable environmental conditions;
• easy penetration of gases through the sensor cover, resulting in a short detector response time;
• three separate NO switching outputs (including one configurable);
• audible alarm (switchable);
• 12V=/100mA alarm output for connecting an external alarm (e.g. SL-32);
• splash-proof gas sensor cover IP44 (with proper installation);
• possibility of mounting a mechanical guard AR-1 in places exposed to mechanical damage.

The detector is powered by 24V=. The dimensions of the device are 110 x 140 x 55 mm. The device is solidly made and designed for long-term operation.
