The measuring alarm module MDP-16.A24/M is an advanced device designed for comprehensive control and power supply of gas detectors. Functionality and application

MDP-16.A24/M works with various types of GAZEX detectors, including measuring (DEX/P, DG/P) and threshold (DEX/F, DEX/A, DG/F, DG.EN). The ability to integrate with detectors equipped with a contact output (using K-8P or K-16P concentrators) expands the range of applications. The device not only monitors the status of detectors but also controls the current drawn by each of them – in the event of a failure, it automatically disconnects the power supply to the faulty detector without interrupting the operation of the others. Additionally, the module checks the status of the wired connection to the detectors, ensuring a complete diagnosis of the installation status.

The MDP-16.A24/M module offers advanced alarm functions: assignment of three alarm levels to each measuring detector (two configurable by the user and one fixed), and two alarm levels for threshold detectors. Calculation of the weighted average NDS and NDSCh for toxic gases and selection of measurement units (% , %DGW, mA, ppm) increase the precision of monitoring. Division into two zones (S1 and S2) allows controlling various external devices depending on the location of the alarm.
